- Partnering with managers and leaders to identify, establish, and execute HR strategies and initiatives; establish trusted relationships with employees and managers.
- Proactively recommending actions to management where concerns may arise, or patterns of employee issues could emerge.
- Actively engaging with all levels of employees to create and sustain a solid relationship network, maintain a reliable pulse on organization dynamics and behaviors that affect employee engagement and business goals.
- Providing employee relations support including policy implementation, interpretation and enforcement; conduct employee investigations and partner with Employee Relations where needed; swiftly resolve disputes and find solutions to problems.
- Leading change within the business; design processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation.
- Supporting business goals, strengthen organizational effectiveness, impact performance, retention, employee engagement, and promote the development of employees and managers.

- Understanding of, and experience with, core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; labor relations; performance management; leadership development; training)
- Proven ability to influence decision making; courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professional and poise.

- Strong knowledge in employment laws; multi-jurisdiction experience preferred.
- Experience working with the P&T business
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred
- Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships
- Excellent follow-through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively.
- 8 to 10 years of total HR experience; minimum 5 years of prior HR Business Partner experience
