Support the organization’s performance management cycles

Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent work experience

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance to managers and employees as needed.

Build strong relationships and support our employees and managers at all levels of the company

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting files, in collaboration with senior management

Documenting and updating procedures of technical knowledge and recurring work

Experience with budgeting and financial modelling

Acts as a connector for technical support and triaging across local DD&T capabilities and rest of organization together with Technology Specialist

Defines and manages Tech-related performance metrics in coordination with DD&T/BusOps

University degree and min. 10 years of experience with commercial IT/technology support, ideally in healthcare/pharmaceuticals.

Experience with Cloud/SaaS and migration strategies;

Planning and facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholder groups, and documenting the outcomes.
