We are a leading-edge luxury residential home builder with an outstanding team that takes pride in building well-made and elegantly crafted homes in the most desirable locations across the GTA. We are seeking a versatile and charismatic Homeowner Relations Coordinator to provide administrative support for all aspects of our projects.
We are looking for candidates that are excited for a new challenge and eager to help shape the future of Hallett Homes. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate looking to engage in a fast pace and industry-leading team environment onsite with our after-sales service team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review the quality-of-service work when required
- Assist site staff in the coordination of trades to complete warranty items
- Take ownership of homeowner issues and actively assist in driving a resolution
- Responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling of appointments, administrative duties, update and maintain deficiency lists.
- Assist in the PDI process, as required
- Keep records of customer interactions, processing accounts and file documents
- Liaising with homeowners regarding their concerns and warranty items, ensuring that a professional and positive relationship is maintained
- Ensure that you are current with current Tarion Guidelines and to attend Tarion Builder Update meetings
- Organizing and maintaining all homeowner PDI, 30-Day & Year-End warranty items
- Preparing homes on closing day
- Ensuring that the warranty items are addressed in a prompt and professional manner
Qualifications
- Related experience in the construction industry is a strong asset
- Knowledge of the Tarion Warranty required
- Must be able to work independently, self-starter, and in a team environment
- Reliable individual must have their own vehicle.
- Available to work onsite from 8:30 – 5:00 Monday to Friday
- Conflict resolution capabilities a must
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment with a residential builder
- Knowledge of Newstar an asset but not necessary
- Proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written
