Job Description

About You

·Attention to detail is your thing!

·Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is considered an asset

About the Role

The successful candidate will be client facing and responsible for the following:

·Data entry, transactions and follow-ups

·Responding to phone and email inquiries from both clients and the company.

·Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

·Preparing client files for meetings.

·Organizing, arranging, filing, and recording.

·Schedule management.

·Ability to handle conflict with grace

·Building relationships with both clients and service providers
