Client Relationship/Associate Insurance Advisor

Summary:
The main focus of the Client Relationship Representative is assisting in the co-ordination and implementation of the agency contact program through outbound calling to schedule and confirm appointments for the Advisor and agency staff. This role supports the agency philosophy of proactive client contact and works with the agency team to achieve profitable growth through dedicated outbound activity. The Associate Insurance Advisor is a key player in the support and development of the agency operation primarily through the sales and service of The Co-operators personal lines products (auto/home/commercial insurance).
Roles and responsibilities:
Client Relationship Representative
• Complete outbound calls to obtain insurance expiry dates, schedule annual reviews, set and confirm appointments.
• Schedule and prepare PowerPoint presentations for all appointments on the appropriate calendar.
• Complete Reviews for existing clients, identify holistic opportunities, document client profile notes.
• Track call activity including calls dialed, contacts made and appointments booked.
Insurance Associate Advisor I
• Sales, service and profitable growth of personal lines insurance products.
• Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs.
• Prospect and cross sell by identifying and recommending holistic products/services that benefit the client.
• Complete front-line risk assessment and selection following underwriting guidelines.
• Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity.
• Support programs to build multi-client relationships.
• Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
