Job Description
Bilingual Dealer Support Coordinator - Automotive Parts
Provide technical and order support to dealer parts employees, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting corporate objectives.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Yearly performance-based bonus
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve dealer concerns
  • Respond to dealer inquiries promptly and professionally via ticket system or telephone
  • Build positive relationships with dealers to enhance satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and actions taken
  • Handle parts catalogue requests, order entry, scheduling, adjustments, and discrepancies
  • Provide coaching and training to dealers to improve processes
Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive parts
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc..)
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Diploma in automotive field or technical trade is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk environment, or equivalent experience in auto service/parts sales
