Job Description
Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. and LacelleGroup Realty Inc., brokerage work hand in hand to service investors with their complete real estate investing needs. The LacelleGroup offers buy, sell, and leasing services while Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. offers turnkey property management services locally.
Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. and LacelleGroup Realty Inc., Brokerage are looking for a Tenant Services and Leasing Assistant to serve tenants with their day-to-day requests and assist in the leasing of their apartments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer the main office phone line, and resolve issues as they arise as well as other receptionist duties such as greet walk-ins
- Manage all tenant correspondence via email, phone, and more
- Input tenant service requests in system for property manager
- Assess units for repairs needed (while tenanted and during turnovers)
- Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, ensure forms are filled out for tenants moving out
- Coordinate cleaners, parking maps, lockboxes, keys and more
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional administrative support
- Scheduling showings, manage calendars, confirm showings
- Take all leasing calls, respond to leads, answer leasing e-mails
- Assess units and establish rental price, take listing photos to be used in the marketing process
- Conduct in-person showings as well as record virtual showings for prospect tenant(s)
- Screen rental applications, obtain required documents and request tenant approval from owner
- Prepare listing agreements, lease agreements and coordinate last month’s rent deposits
- Manage social media accounts and respond to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and/or tenants
- Upload listings to MLS, Facebook and other social media channels
- Upload signed real estate documents for brokerage review
- Contribute to being on call and on the emergency line (evenings and weekends)

Other:
· Probation period of 3 months
· Two week’s vacation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation:
$17.00 - $17.75/hour
plus $30 bonus for being on call per week
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week and on call every 4th week for 7 full days
