draftline YYZ (Toronto) is Labatt’s in-house creative agency and part of the draftLine family across the world with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, London to name a few.


dratfLine is a first of its kind in-house creative engine powered by data & technology moving at the speed of popular culture. draftLine will also leverage consumer data and marketing technology to measure media and content performance in real time and ultimately personalize consumer digital experience at scale.

The Role:


  • You will also work directly with the Labatt brand leadership teams to ensure accuracy of content, brand positioning and editorial consistency for all work produced by draftLine. We’re looking for a highly creative problem solver, adept at liaising between brand teams and draftLine creatives to execute key strategic deliverables with exceptional quality and proficient speed. The candidate must be able to work in fast-paced pressure environment with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate strong abilities to effectively communicate between multiple groups. And above all, we are looking for someone looking to think outside of the box, an innovator/disruptor.
  • Develop strategies based on the data- effectively communicate strategies in communications – both for real time as well as long form campaigns
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and help build a forward looking team.
  • Proactively evaluate new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strategize, implement and manage successful campaigns of all forms – believing that creative starts with an idea, not a medium.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends and seek out new digital media opportunities
  • You will work directly with the Executive Creative Director of draftLine in developing campaign platforms that range from small to large, but hinge on data focused insights about consumers and brands.
  • Lead the team in developing, executing and managing paid digital marketing campaigns for diverse brands in Labatt portfolio.
  • Oversee social listening, insights trends in real time/pop culture, and more


The Must Have's:


  • Experience with campaign analytics, Google Adwords, Bing ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft, Social, Video and Email platforms
  • Impeccable time-management skills, with a proven record of juggling priorities and meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A Minimum of +5 years of experience managing digital or data driven campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful and profitable digital marketing campaigns
  • Effective presenter- ability to tell a compelling story and win over an audience
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Leadership and managerial experience
  • Agency/publisher Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other relevant program


Nice to Have's:


  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified
  • Bilingual French and English
