Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular analysis and assessments of supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and logistics teams, to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across the supply chain.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact global supply chain operations, and incorporate best practices accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with key global partners, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring effective communication, strong partnerships, and seamless coordination.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the global supply chain, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of international logistics, customs regulations, and global trade compliance.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably with global supply chain responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Salary: CAD $175,000 to $235,000 (3.25% increment yearly)
