Job Description

• Support employees from multiple units by training and helping to create purchase orders in SAP.

• Support the business in creating manual check requests where appropriate.

• Create and maintain vendors, ensuring the appropriate global vendors are sourced.

• Prepare and distribute reports as appropriate.

• Benchmark with global indirect supply management policies and apply processes for Canadian units.

• Create relationships and work closely with Global Supply Management team.

• Manage vendor relationships including data collection, discrepancies, disputes.

• Project Management to leverage vendor tools

• Identify potential cost savings
