Global Express Logistics Solution And Operation Manager

• Be responsible for truck network arrangement, and ensure on-time performance from flight landing till delivery.
• Source and select the Custom Clearance and Last Mile Delivery vendors with best cost and leading time in different Gateways and zones, in order to continuously optimize Cainiao’s logistic capability in Canada.
• Be in charge of operations at YYZ & YVR ports for all importing shipments and all port-related business;
• Canada sorting center setup and management, including 24H outbound rate, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, shift arrangement, issue solving etc.
• Find out the root cause and solve the problems through on-site treatment or data tools, and continuously find solution to reduce costs and optimize the transit time in the whole process.

Requirements：

• Structure thinking and top-down approach, be positive and optimistic, hand-on capability and attitude.
• Have good international perspectives and leadership potential, work well under cross culture context and under time pressure.
• English and Mandarin proficiency for research work and communication at work.
• Consulting firm working experience, oversea working experience will be a plus.
• Bachelor/ Master or MBA degree holder with at least 2-3 years working in supply chain/logistics. Ecommerce logistics is a plus
