Global Logistics Coordinator Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business, International Relations, Marketing, Higher Education, Project Management, Business Administration, Student Services or related field

Facilitates pre-departure, while abroad, and re-entry workshops for students to ensure travel safety and risk management

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on student mobility, programming, and international partnership development to present to the Manager and academic faculties

Monitor and evaluate education abroad support services for relevance, timelines, and effectiveness to maximize engagement and student success in mobility opportunities

Support students in developing, identifying, and articulating essential employability skills

Review finalized Learning Agreements and manager completion, sign-off, sharing, storage, etc.

At least 3 years’ of demonstrated experience working in a program management environment, preferably in public health, humanitarian or similar.

Coordinate with Nutrition International’s Corporate Services Unit for preparation of financial reports, budgets contract preparation and other finance related matters.

Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Experience facilitating partner dialogues, and chairing meetings an asset.

Experience working in international development at the global level an asset.

Plan and organize regular GAVA meetings (quarterly meetings and an annual face-to-face) and prepare the minutes of the meeting.

The candidate should have experience in emergency response/crisis management development.

Update the Crisis Communications Manual on a monthly basis, gain approval, and prepare copies for management on a quarterly basis.

Assist business lines with their Crisis Communications manuals & training requirements.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives within a busy media team.

The candidate should have excellent leadership experience in crisis communication.

The candidate must be a native English speaker, with excellent English writing and presentation skills.

Canada sorting center setup and management, including 24H outbound rate, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, shift arrangement, issue solving etc.

Consulting firm working experience, oversea working experience will be a plus.

Be in charge of operations at YYZ & YVR ports for all importing shipments and all port-related business;

Be responsible for truck network arrangement, and ensure on-time performance from flight landing till delivery.

English and Mandarin proficiency for research work and communication at work.

Bachelor/ Master or MBA degree holder with at least 2-3 years working in supply chain/logistics. Ecommerce logistics is a plus

Collaborate with local market finance teams to drive global best practice, consistency and deliver local insight

CPA designation with 4-6 years of proven operational experience.

Outstanding presentation, reporting, communication, and visualization skills.

Experience building forecasts including complex, data-driven models.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Experience with SQL and/or data analysis tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
