Job Summary

As part of its sustained growth, Distech Controls is committed to optimizing its supply chain operations and maximizing business performance through the implementation of an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. As the Supply Chain Manager - Integrated Business Planning, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the end-to-end IBP process within our organization. You will maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders who impact integrated planning, including sales, operations, finance, and procurement, to align strategic objectives and operational plans. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, geopolitical factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain.
• Regularly prepare and present reports on key performance indicators to the management team.
• Utilize data analysis and business intelligence tools to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Review best practices in integrated planning within the Acuity Brands group and determine those applicable to Distech.
• Develop and oversee the end-to-end IBP process, from governance to tactical deployment, including short-, medium-, and long-term forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Facilitate S&OP meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay abreast of supply chain management best practices and industry advancements.
• Act as a change agent, promoting the IBP process within the organization, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Structure data flows between different stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance, to enable effective tracking of budgets and reliable inventory and gross margins projections.
• Support the organization's digital transformation by developing and deploying systems and tools in collaboration with stakeholders like IT services.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption to streamline operations.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build mutually beneficial relationships, and a successful track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent ability to clearly articulate business strategy and create and communicate professional-level presentations.
• Knowledge of supply chain management software, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in supply chain management, with a specific focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct high-quality in-depth analysis.
• Capacity to manage sensitive, urgent, complex, and ambiguous tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written.
