Our company operates and owns some of the country's most popular restaurants, ranging from casual to upscale dining experiences. With 3 new restaurant openings planned in the next year, we need you!

The newly hired General Manager will work alongside our existing veteran GM until the next location is complete and ready to open, giving ample time for training and a successful transition. The compensation base is in the 80K range with a solid bonus structure of an additional 30% bonus. Over 90% of the stores have made bonuses every quarter for the last 2 years! As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes ensuring food and service quality, maintaining guest satisfaction, and training and coaching both hourly personnel and the management team. Your exemplary leadership abilities will set a professional and positive tone for the restaurant at all times. Conducting performance reviews and line checks, as well as making frequent visits to the dining room to communicate with guests and receive feedback, are also part of your responsibilities.

In addition, you will handle administrative duties such as food and labor cost control, product ordering, and budgeting (P&L). A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is required, along with a true desire to mentor and develop others. Proficiency in achieving solid financial results and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are essential. As our Restaurant General Manager, you must possess strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team of hospitality professionals on a daily basis.
