We are looking for an entry-level Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates
- Identify and escalate customer feedback and concerns to the appropriate teams
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and urgency
- Maintain accurate customer records and track customer interactions in our CRM system
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and offer assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously improve and streamline our customer service processes
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
