About This Team

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is an integral partner to the business, providing guidance around planning, performance, and other financial components of all functions and business units across Super.com. Working closely with our company CFO and executive team. FP&A uses data and our widespread knowledge of the business to influence financial and operational results.

About This Role

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join Super's Finance & Strategy team. Reporting to our Senior Manager - FP&A, you will help with revenue planning, opex forecasting and variance analysis for both Travel and Ecommerce verticals. You will be a key strategic partner to the business, aiding functional department leaders with strategic planning and monthly forecasts as well as providing insightful ad-hoc data analysis using financial and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Thinking: You will look at all areas of our business to grasp the whole picture
• Business Acumen: You will use a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and critical thinking to perform a variety of analyses (both quantitative and qualitative), conduct research, querying and analyzing data, and making recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Analytical Experience: Conduct financial analysis, build financial models, dashboards and reporting, and dive deep into comprehending performance using data
• Financial Acumen: Dissect financial and operational results to enhance forecasts and provide insights for informed choices

Preferred Experience

• Experience and knowledge in analyzing data sets, and identifying/articulating key insights
• Strong analytical, communication and solution-finding abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional business partners
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of financial experience focusing on financial modeling and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is required
• Proven capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within specified timelines

Nice to have

• Experience with BI / Data Visualisation tools such as Periscope, Looker, Tableau
• Experience with financial systems (ERP/EPM tools)
• CFP/CFA designation
• Ecommerce/Tech/SAAS industry experience is an asset
