Financial Analyst, Fp&A Consultant

Limelight is looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A Consultant with experience in planning, forecasting, and reporting to join our team! This a great opportunity to combine your finance and technical knowledge.

As an FP&A Analyst, FP&A Consultant, you will work closely with key stakeholders in finance (CFO, VP, Director, Controller) to connect their strategic goals to FP&A model design. You must have a deep understanding of the FP&A planning/reporting process, knowledge of metrics that Finance leaders hold their business accountable to, and challenges at all levels within the FP&A function. Intimate knowledge of financial statements is a must.

As part of this role you will:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to extract the functional requirements
• Translate functional requirements from design sessions to develop the model
• Create and test reports within Limelight to support the delivery and implementation of the project
• Work closely with clients' Finance leadership teams to uncover where improvements can be made within their FP&A processes and to understand what outcomes their strategy is targeting

Candidate requirements:

• Having worked with ERP or other FP&A products is a value-add
• Experience with building planning, forecasting and reporting models
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Focused on relationship building and client centricity
• Project management is an asset
• Strong finance and modeling background
• 3 years experience in FP&A
• Skilled in communication with clients and team members
