University degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or Health Administration is required

Minimum 5-7 years relavent Financial Planning, Analysis, Operational and business experience.

High proficiency using MS Excel, strong skillset in MS Office Suite and modern BI Tools

Experience with data flows and modeling

Knowledge of Ontario Health Reporting Standards (OHRS)/MIS Guidelines certificate preferred;

Remote work (work from home)

Public practice experience is required

🔸 In-depth knowledge of the SR&ED program, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and claim preparation.

🔹 Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding the SR&ED program and its requirements.

🔹 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SR&ED program updates, tax legislation, and industry trends.

🔸 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is preferred.

5+ years' relevant work experience, including financial systems implementation and project management

Experience and understanding of Accounting & Finance processes, including month-end procedures, internal controls, and reporting

Responsible for supporting the ERP system for Finance and Accounting teams

Experience with BI tools; Tableau considered an asset

Experience with FP&A reporting tools; AFP considered an asset

Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Five (5) + years of Project and/or Program Management experience.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred; Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP) is an asset

Solid understanding of Project/Program Management concepts and methodologies through hands-on project/program management experience.

General knowledge of electrical distribution system design, construction, maintenance, system operations and risk management principles.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proactively identifies and manages risks that impact the successful delivery of programs for assigned client groups.

Project management is an asset

Lead requirements-gathering sessions to extract the functional requirements

Translate functional requirements from design sessions to develop the model

3 years experience in FP&A

3+ years of consulting experience

Experience with building planning, forecasting and reporting models

Excellent customer service skills in dealing with Service Provider Agencies, suppliers, hospitals, and staff at all levels including Management.

Provides corporate financial analysis and monitoring services in support of senior management

Knowledge of CHRIS billings, Great Plains, Integration Manager, and cloud storage systems (Sync.com) a definite asset.

Reviews relevant schedules of the SDC Funding Agreement for each client to ensure understanding of different requirements.

Five (5) years’ experience in a financial, accounting and/or analytical role preferably in the healthcare sector.

Good knowledge of medical terminology.
