We are looking for a Finance and Operations Analyst who is detail oriented and a team player.

Your mission:

Deliver comprehensive and data-driven financial and operational analysis that empowers our organization to make sound strategic decisions.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with other team members to provide support and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Streamline financial processes and implement efficient accounting systems to improve productivity and reduce errors.
• Participate in operational initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate smooth communication within the organization, including reviewing and responding to emails, and managing correspondence on behalf of management.
• Provide timely and reliable financial information to stakeholders, management, and regulatory authorities to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects to support the development of an administrative and HR function.
• Ensure that all financial records, transactions, and reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience using Xero accounting software or similar, a plus
• Analytical mindset
• Team player
• Time management skills
• High standards of excellence
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Ethical
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting concepts and principles
• Work experience at a SaaS company, a plus
• Strong attention to detail
