Field Sales Representative Jobs

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting TPC products and strategic initiatives.

*This role does require Travel*

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory plan to maximize face time with customers and drive new sales within an assigned territory
• Expand market share in existing and new strategic and high potential accounts
• Forecast future revenue, business development opportunities and market trends within your assigned territory
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of TPC products within an industrial environment directly to end user customers
• Works with the direct manager on opportunities to drive growth and support key business strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting
• Ability to sell value (total cost of ownership) vs price
• Ability to embrace change
• Must be able to work remote
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
