We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, arranging travel and meetings, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on the success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CEO's calendar and contact list.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Organize and manage office operations and procedures.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
- Provide administrative support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
