Job Description
Are you an experienced Customer Service Team Leader?


Are you looking for an exciting new role to take your career to the next level?


We are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader within an E-Com business.


At this business, we understand the importance of customer service. We are looking for someone who can help us deliver the highest levels of customer service to our customers.


As the customer service team leader, you will be responsible for maintaining a happy and motivated environment, delegating tasks, and overseeing customer service delivery.


Duties


  • Team player mentality - if the teams workload increases, the ability to get stuck in and help reduce contact
  • Creating a motivated team and sharing your insight and knowledge, motivate the team to meet objectives and targets
  • Have excellent communication skills with the customer services team and wider business
  • Monitor all incoming complaints and prevent them from reaching management by de-escalating and listening to the customer
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager with weekly performance audit and also monitoring team targets
  • Assist the Customer Service management with continuous improvement project
Candidate requirements


  • Must have Senior Customer Service and/or Team leader experience
  • Online retailer experience is a must – Min 2 years


You will also need to have excellent people management and communication skills and be able to lead a team to success.
