Our Southlands Crossing location in Medicine Hat is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager!
Starting wage of $16.50/hr plus bonuses, depending on experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
• Team Member recruitment, retention, training and management
• Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team
• Weekly and monthly reporting requirements (Sales, KPI’s, Payroll, etc.)
• Great customer service skills – can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
• Retail and Sales education with all team members
• Experience in a salon, barbershop or spa is an asset
• Any other duties outlined by the Business Owner, Regional Manager or Shop Manager
• Reception/administrative duties
• Excellent written and verbal communication – including e-mails, phone calls, service queue management and supporting the team
• Customer Service, managing the queue, excellence with Guest interaction
• Execute National Promotions and Campaigns
• Inventory Management (control, merchandising, pricing, etc.)
