As our Produce Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated produce enthusiasts and ensure that our customers have access to the freshest, highest quality produce. You will also be responsible for championing the principles of QUALITY, SCRATCH, THEATRE, SERVICE, and LOVE, and spreading that positivity to our customers and team members.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can peel back the layers of the produce business, has experience in retail, and can lead a team of avocado-loving individuals to success. You must be able to handle the pressure of maintaining top financial results, have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to keep your cool in any situation.

In addition to having a passion for produce and leadership, the ideal candidate will be able to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for 6-8 hours, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, emails, and other operations-related applications. Plus, you will have over 2 years of produce retail experience, including at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
