Job Description
Are you a people person? Do you have the skills to make customers and team members smile? Then this job is for you! We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader, but not just any team leader. We want someone who can create a HAPPY to HELP environment, while maintaining exceptional team morale.


You will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including cash handling, building front end procedures, and managing a high-performance checkout process. But, let's be real, your primary duty will be to ensure customers leave happy and become lasting customers.


The ideal candidate should be able to hire, train, and develop Team Members to minimize turnover. You are able to schedule and manage labour effectively and support the store through effective cross-training.


Oh, and did we mention that you may have the opportunity to oversee the general store during Shift Leader shifts? Don't worry; you'll have plenty of time to make people happy in your role as the customer service lead.


Experience-wise, we're looking for someone with 24+ months of retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
