Do you dream of a job where you can empower people and have a lasting impact on those around you? If you answered a resounding "yes," we would love to hear from you!

Our Mission: We believe in creating a work environment that encourages balance and empowerment, allowing each member of our team to genuinely contribute to our community. We are seeking an exceptional individual to take up the mantle of Director of Volunteer Services & Program Partnerships. This individual will be responsible for fostering a vibrant culture of volunteerism, nurturing meaningful partnerships, and developing systems that simplify and streamline our volunteer programs.

What's in it for you?

  • Create, shape, and implement strategies that make a significant difference in the community.
  • Join a dynamic, mission-driven organization committed to community service and volunteerism.
  • Enjoy a leadership role where your creativity, strategy, and community-oriented mindset are valued and fostered.
  • Empower a diverse volunteer workforce, providing a best-in-class experience that stands out in their life journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting community volunteer outreach and engagement drives, as well as developing effective relationships with third parties to secure short and long-term volunteers.
  • Developing an online training system to reduce administrative time and enable volunteers to contribute effectively.
  • Creating unique program opportunities for external groups and organizations looking to place volunteers or seeking team experiences.
  • Formulating and executing strategic plans to recruit new volunteers for the organization's key programming needs.
  • Crafting a state-of-the-art reward and recognition system, including an online points-per-hour system, and fostering a culture of celebration and engagement.

To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need:

  • Outstanding communication abilities, ensuring that volunteers are informed, celebrated, and recognized.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a keen eye for opportunities for community engagement.
  • A flair for creating simple, effective systems and strategies, including training programs, rewards, and job descriptions.
  • A passion for creating an impact and a commitment to delivering a rewarding volunteer experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to mentor, support, and engage with volunteers.

Join us in creating a legacy of community impact. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to empower others and make a real difference. We can't wait to see the unique ideas and passion you will bring to our organization. Together, we can create a community where everyone feels valued, recognized, and empowered to make a difference.
