Director Of Health Services

Our client is a rare entity – a community-based social agency with a budget that is growing rapidly. And with greater budgets comes greater responsibility. More clients, more services, and more reporting have created the need for a new Director-level role.

This Director will manage a large team and a diverse bundle of programs related to health and well-being. They will also be responsible for the partnerships and stakeholders supporting the programs. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive and collaborative approach, while juggling multiple key priorities. Previous experience leading community health services will be essential, as will project management expertise and familiarity with Ontario Health Teams.

You will not have to do this alone. There is a strong, collaborative, caring leadership team and excellent support from HR and other shared services.
