Director Of Financial Reporting

Camino Search is thrilled to be partnering with an international, market-leading software development business seeking a Director of Financial Reporting.

The role is an exciting combination of accounting (70%) and analysis (30%) - perfect for someone who's worked in practice and seeking an expansive, leading position within tech. The company has rapidly grown across the US, meaning a huge opportunity to join and lead on the improvement of processes and reporting. The candidate must have proven knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate cash flow forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Deliver insightful, timely and accurate balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Manage and communicate balance sheet risk.
• Support management with the Finance Controls and Risks team, acting as the regional lead for any controls related activity.
• Work closely with the R2R, P2P and O2C teams within the Finance Operations EFSSC, to ensure the quality, accuracy and completeness of data recorded in our underlying transaction systems is always maintained.
• Assist the VP of Finance and regional leadership team with ad hoc projects and act as the first line of defense on accounting, reporting and controllership matters within the region.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of related progressive experience with strong technical accounting skills and understanding of control and risk environment.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• Able to build strong collaborative relationships across all levels of Finance and the wider operational business
• Enjoys working in a hands-on environment and has a genuine interest in understanding the operational issues/drivers behind the numbers
