• Co-coordinating the process of migrating current reporting process to interactive self-service dashboards designed based upon stakeholder feedback;
• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and managing all aspects and activities related to MUFG's Lead Finance Business Partner (Analytics) team;
• Acting as liaison between MUFG and key stakeholders to enhance segmentation framework.
• Leading the design, build, evaluation and implementation of new metric disciplines for objective sales performance management so as to support and enhance monthly tracking and year-end core process (driving culture from top line to bottom line);
• Selecting, leading, coaching, training, and overseeing the activities of subordinate team members, and having authority to recommend personnel decisions;
• Evaluating existing reporting systems and procedures (to identify areas for improvement), and leading the financial planning, reporting and budgetary process;
• Developing Client Profitability model across the business in order to drive insight into daily operational decision-making;
• Overseeing the adoption, scaling and implementation of productivity metrics and policy within planning processes throughout the organization, instilling best practices across various revenue Lines of Business and Department initiatives;

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with data management / governance.
• Proven contribution in sales performance management, client account management framework, survey benchmarking and client profitability and scorecard modelling.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• 8+ years of progressive analyst experience.
• Experience with analytical reporting and forecasting.
• Willing to relocate to Halifax
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
• Expert technical proficiency in SQL / MicroStrategy / Tableau / PowerBI.
