About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Intern to join our fun, dynamic, and high-performing team. As a Digital Marketing Intern part of the Maximizer Marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and assist with client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Assist in building scalable marketing programs, including but not limited to customer and prospect emails and marketing nurtures.
• Utilize web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, to drive qualified traffic and conversions, including providing clear direction, feedback, and support to agency teams, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and budget, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with the content team to support the implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing website visibility, while also utilizing analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance for identifying opportunities to improve.
• Assist in conducting A/B tests to optimize website and marketing campaign performance, including developing test hypotheses, designing experiments, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or a related field.
• Team player who takes initiative and is easy to work with.
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and web analytics tools is a plus.
