Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

2-3 years of progressively increasing experience in an administrative role, ideally on a Project Management, Operations, or Marketing team

Project Management and Project Management software experience an asset, e.g., Asana, Trello, Excel

Administer Project Plans for new projects and maintain project management tools (e.g., Critical Paths, Asana, and Digital Checklists)

Champion project management best practices, process improvements, and workflow efficiencies

Work closely with members of the Digital Experience, Digital Content, and Digital Marketing teams

College diploma or degree in Business and/or Marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Help the project management for Service contracts

Assist the preparation of reports for management review and liaises at all levels within the company

Prepares digital tools that will facilitate the project needs and improvement the efficiency of project management

Assists the bid Management for Services contracts to meet defined Order Intake targets

Assist the Customer Account Management (including regular communications and visits)

Strong communication skills in a remote environment

Other tasks if you have the skillset (graphic design, visual asset creation [Canva], photography)

Your Key Responsibilities Would Include

Be a part of cross-functional team for integration of DSP and optics (digital-optical integration) for our 400G coherent pluggables.

Develop, optimize, and automate calibration setups and algorithms to maximize system level performance.

2-4 years of experience in digital project management working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery.

Experience in gaming application development.

Agency experience is a plus.

Work on a variety of digital projects from start to finish

Work with various clients on several projects

Work with cross functional teams to coordinate and assign projects and tasks.

Excellent skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 (or above)

Studying as a Post-secondary education Architectural Technologist or equivalent

Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Good knowledge of designing process

Working knowledge of related computer applications (MS Office Professional, MS Project)

2+ years experience as a Storyboard Supervisor for a 2D or 3D animated series

4 or more years experience as a Storyboard Artist on a 2D or 3D animated series

Strong communication, leadership and critical thinking skills

Outstanding drawing skills and sense of appeal, design and composition

Strong posing, acting, and dramatic and comedic timing skills

Creative problem solving skills and an ability to look down the road to identify potential upcoming obstacles

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Assist in building scalable marketing programs, including but not limited to customer and prospect emails and marketing nurtures.

• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized

1) 5+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within banking

2) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – intermediate or above level of expertise

• Develop, track, and manage project budget/forecast, project WBS, timelines, and scope

• Manage project resources, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising

3) PMI/Agile certification (either or – please list which)

Experience using project management software

Manage the testing and implementation of e-commerce website enhancements

Post-Secondary degree or diploma and/or and at least two years of related experience; retail or e-commerce experience is preferred

Experience extracting and analyzing various datasets from a variety of sources

Intermediate knowledge of SQL; ability to write, execute and modify advanced queries

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Access

Proven experience in Waterfall and Agile project management
