This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Planner Intern you will be responsible to:

• Compile required documents and information to complete the project drawings
• Perform other duties as required
• Ensure the correct interpretation of product specifications and the proper creation of structural, electrical and mechanical template drawings
• Address and resolve internal/external inquiries
• Update existing template drawings so they are current with latest technical documentation
• Substitute for and/or assist department staff
• Ensure technical documents adhere to regulatory standards
• Review, revise and verify technical drawings to ensure functionality

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Ability to work within a team environment
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail
• Studying as a Post-secondary education Architectural Technologist or equivalent
• Excellent skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 (or above)
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French and English an asset.
• Ability to work remotely
• Good knowledge of designing process
• Working knowledge of related computer applications (MS Office Professional, MS Project)
