Community is looking for a Digital Creative (Designer/Art Director) to join our creative family!

The Digital Designer will combine their creativity and user experience to produce exceptional designs in a digital environment. In this role, you will work exclusively with one client (restricted industry) as the lead designer/art director. You will work closely with the team at Community as well as the client to build a consistent and efficiency workflow.

As part of the creative team at Community, you will work with the creative team, strategize, design, and brand projects. Assist and work in collaboration with Designers, Copywriters, and Accounts Services to develop a clear understanding of client needs and goals, then use this information to create compelling designs that effectively communicate the client’s core message and target audience.

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Collaborate with teams to develop high performing assets that engage target audiences

·Create concepts based on the company’s objectives, audience, and intended message

·Reviewing client proposals to make sure they meet company standards and requirements

·Coordinating with accounts team and clients to ensure that needs are met

·Produce websites, microsites, landing pages, emails, and digital ad assets such as CRM (email newsletters), web and mobile banners (animated and static), and social media assets (animated and static)

Experience, skills, and requirements:

·Degree in graphic design, fine arts or any related field

·5+years of experience as an Art Director/Designer in marketing/advertising agency

·Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development

·Experience leading and managing creative teams

·Strong concept and strategy development skills

·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
