Job Title: Full-Time Senior Graphic Designer
Salary Range: CAD35k-70k Annual. Experience must include a minimum of 4 years at a Senior graphic design level.
Toronto-based offices with a hybrid work environment. However, remote work is also possible if based elsewhere.
Job Overview:
Our company is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing graphics for our web and mobile applications, social media marketing campaigns, and other digital and print materials.
They will work closely with our social media and marketing team to ensure that our products and materials meet the needs of our users and are consistent with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Collaborate with our marketing team to create brand guidelines/new brand identity and CI and ensure consistency across all materials.
➡️ Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
➡️ Develop visual designs for our marketing campaigns, social media channels, and other digital and print materials.
➡️ Create graphics and visual assets for our products and materials.
➡️ Maintain and update design guidelines, style guides, and design patterns.
➡️ Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a Senior graphic design position.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with visual design and graphic design.
- 2+ years of UI/UX experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant courses in Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
