Job Overview


Reporting to the Creative Manager the Graphic Production Designer will develop prepare, format, support and design produce assets for a variety of media digital and print creative projects which include but not limited to: retail & product selling materials (ie. flyers, sell sheets etc.), point of sale materials (signage, posters, postcards etc.), Brand specific designs and product mock ups, brand specific packaging, web & social content, and internal presentations. The ideal candidate is artistic detail oriented and consumer centric with a passion and drive to ensure all written and visual content is accurate, relevant and up to date across assets. Looking for individuals that possess the ability to produce timely, effective and on-brand assets as required.


Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Partner closely with Creative, Marketing Brand and Merchandising Trade teams to ensure cohesion with brand messaging across our business
  • Propose and develop impactful graphic design concepts/solutions to improve efficiencies in production
  • Orchestrate concepts, schemes production of, layouts, renderings and designs while obtaining approvals throughout the phases of the project
  • Ensure brand standards guide is followed for all brands
  • Develop cutting edge layouts and designs for visual marketing materials
  • Performing such other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as required
  • Create strategic and creative graphics for social media, online advertising campaigns, print media and branding projects
  • Provide insight on various graphic projects and
  • Ensure brand standards guide is followed for all brands (retail/product)


Experience and Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint or Apple Keynote
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Graphic Design and Multi-Media experience
  • Experience in Motion Graphic Design and Video an asset
  • Previous experience in product, retail and/or liquor industry preferred
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Previous Agency experience is considered an asset
  • Holds a degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Communication Design and/or a strong portfolio
  • Experience creating print and digital visual assets for social media
