Position Overview:

As a Contract Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our Marketing team to produce visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and objectives. Your artistic skills and attention to detail will be crucial in creating engaging graphics that communicate our messages to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual assets in alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that resonate with our brand's style and message.
• Prepare and deliver final files in various formats for different platforms and purposes.
• Produce high-quality visual content while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Create and design various (print/digital) materials, including but not limited to, brochures, posters, social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software to ensure designs are modern and effective.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote or collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• +3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design ideas.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to adapt to feedback.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize innovative design solutions.
