Summary
The Bell Media Agency is looking for a talented and proficient Graphic Designer to work on an exciting range of digital, social, print and out-of-home projects for CTV, TSN, Discovery, CTV News and more.
Key Responsibilities
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional design environment, a fresh and exciting approach to design is essential. You must also have exceptional production skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

• Showcase innovative, conceptual design and strong problem-solving skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate and coordinate with design team members and customers.
• Work with Creative Directors and/or Lead Designers.

Critical Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Adobe Creative Suite with thorough knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe and inDesign
• Independently carry projects from design to final production
• Basic knowledge of After Effects and/or UI/UX desired but not essential
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Multimedia
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively while working on multiple project simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Experience in design and print production for small and large print formats
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong design and typography skills
• The ability to iterate the same artwork into multiple sizes
• Experience in online and mobile ad design and production
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Expert image manipulation and retouching skills
