We are seeking a highly skilled Designer to join our growing team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and analyzing designs based on customer specifications and building codes. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that designs are accurate and meet customer needs.
Responsibilities

• Ensure all designs meet building codes and customer specifications
• Work collaboratively with sales team to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to building codes
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for customers
• Design, modify, and analyze designs using engineering software

Requirements:

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of design principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 2 to 5 years of experience in design and drafting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in engineering software such as MiTek, Simpson Strong-Tie or other software
