**About the Position **

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in handling litigation and solicitor's work on behalf of multiple clients and municipalities across Western Canada. Our client is at the forefront of transitioning into a completely paperless work environment, providing you with cutting-edge legal technology tools at your disposal. Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues from various practice areas, you'll lead the charge within the organization, overseeing the work of junior associates and support staff and reporting directly to the Managing Partner.

**Requirements **

• A strong appetite for continuous learning and an eagerness to embrace technology.
• Ideally, 5+ years of post-call experience working exclusively as a municipal lawyer in private practice, within a municipality, or in an in-house role.
• Previous experience in mentoring and leading associate-level lawyers and support staff.
• Proven track record of advising on contracts.
• Demonstrated expertise in litigation and experience with tribunals.
• Licensed to practice law
