Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Inspectors, and other staff as required.

Present information related to major construction issues to Project Manager / Engineer-of-Record.

Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and Clients regarding project status, site issues and project quality, and resolve issues as required.

Coordinate with Project Team to ensure project completion in compliance with contract documents and applicable regulatory requirements.

Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.

Minimum 5 years of telecommunications/Utilities experience

Previous experience executing Change Orders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Experience in residential excavation, grading and utilities an asset

Assist crews with manual tasks including digging, lifting/moving of material or equipment, and other related duties

Assist with the levelling and compaction of trench backfill around pipes and manholes

Assist pipe layer with installation of water, storm, and sanitary pipe

Assist with construction clean up as required

Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
