Looking for Field Mechanic to work on Pumpjacks and Pumpjack Engines must have all Oil Field Tickets! Clean drivers license, Class 1 preferred
The main responsibilities for this position are working on a picker truck, performing mechanical Pumpjack repairs, operating a picker, general labor and assist in odd jobs. Pumpjack inspections and oil changes. This position may require on call work on weekends and evenings. This position may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location
Qualifications:
Oilfield Experience
Be motivated and well organized
Professional with solid communication and customer service skills
Valid Driver’s license (in good standing)
Air Brakes certification preferred
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and/or able to provide certifications/apprenticeships
Demonstrate an initiative to develop and learn new skills
Safety certifications required
We provide job training and safety training to all employees. Must be good with working at heights.
Job Type: Full-time Forman , Helper
Salary: $23.00-$40.00 hr depending on experience
Schedule:
8-12 Hour Daily
Locally based out of Taber,Ab Canada
Work remotely, most of the time. There is some out of town work that may require travel.
