About the Role

Reporting to the Creative Manager the Designer will develop and design a variety of media projects which include but not limited to, retail & product selling materials, point of sale materials, brand specific designs and product mock ups, web & social content, internal presentations. The ideal candidate is artistic and consumer centric with a passion and drive to ensure all written and visual content is relevant and engaging. Looking for individuals that possess the ability to think outside of the box while producing effective, timely and on-brand content.

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Develop cutting edge layouts and designs for visual marketing materials

· Create strategic and creative graphics for social media, online advertising campaigns, print media and branding projects

· Orchestrate concepts, schemes, layouts, renderings and designs while obtaining approvals throughout the phases of the project

· Provide insight on various graphic strategies and trends

· Partner closely with Marketing and Merchandising team to ensure cohesion with brand messaging across our business

· Propose and develop impactful graphic design concepts

· Ensure brand standards guide is followed for all brands

· Performing such other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as required

Experience and Qualifications

· Minimum 2-3 years of Graphic Design and Multi-Media experience

· Highly proficient in Adobe Creative knowledge suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

· Holds a degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Communication Design and/or a strong portfolio

· Previous Agency experience is considered an asset

· Previous experience in product, retail and/or liquor industry preferred

· Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
