Job Description
Who We Need


Our Toronto-based global client is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join the team and collaborate with Sales, Technology, Finance, and Production. It’s an exciting opportunity to build relationships, gain exposure across the scaling organization, and apply your passion for processes and project management to manage the process flow and accuracy of sales orders for major brand-name clients.


What you will do:


  • Initiate shipments within the ERP system to logistics to facilitate on-time delivery of finished goods.
  • Support Aftermarket Care, working with client’s retail locations on the timelines and deliverables of all Aftermarket Care items.
  • Support Quality Team through Root Cause Corrective Action analysis as required on any issues related to AMC.
  • Coordinate with Accounting to resolve client issues such as prepay invoices; customer credit holds; delivery terms.
  • Initiative communication with appropriate internal and external contacts to obtain approvals and retrieve missing data.
  • Work with the Pricing catalogue to ensure that all costs and sales are appropriately captured in ERP.
  • Ensure required information from the Estimating group is updated and maintained.
  • Communicate with Field Installers regarding delivery dates, shipment status, field issues, etc.
  • Input, audit, correct, and maintain the integrity of Finished Goods Item Master data and all required information on Hotline, EDI, Data Web, Industrios, and departmental documentation.
  • Process invoices, credit notes and deposit invoices.
  • Verify accuracy of contract, sales order and shipping information.
  • Update production, project management and supply chain as well as client teams on project status, production changes, approvals and pricing.


Here’s what you bring:


  • The technical skills. You are highly proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and an ERP system. You know how to - or are willing to learn - read and interpret detailed CAD drawings.
  • The interpersonal skills. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to initiate in person or on-the-phone conversations to gain clarity. You have a confident but approachable personality with the ability to influence decision-makers. You can drive processes, pushing back when needed to achieve deliverables and meet deadlines.
  • The customer service drive. You prioritize the needs of your clients, with a focus on meeting and exceeding expectations. You can rapidly change priorities to respond to urgent demands, navigating conflict and negotiating satisfactory results. You have experience managing sales orders and interacting with account managers, finance personnel, and clients. Ideally, you have exposure to the processes and operations of a product manufacturing company.
