Customer Service Specialist Jobs

Are you seeking a Customer Service opportunity that offers career growth over time. Our client offers a step to step training program with a goal within a year to equip you with their product knowledge to educate their clients on what they offer.

This is an onsite opportunity with the option of a hybrid once you are trained and well versed in their systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resolve or investigate adequately before appropriately escalating calls to the next level
• Fulfill order entry transactions following departmental processes
• Provide customer support while expertly navigating between multiple computer sessions
• Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts
• Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively
• Process credit requests, resolve miss-shipments and provide proof of deliveries

Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Proven ability to approach any change or new situation with a positive attitude
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to complete them in a timely and accurate manner, with supervision as needed
• Proficient in active listening to fully understand our customers’ needs
• Expertise in handling multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in order management systems
• Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, Esker

Education and experience required:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service and its related tasks
• SAP Order Management experience
• Associates degree or High School diploma
