Customer Service Administrator Job in Wimborne


Dovetail Recruitment are currently working with a company in Wimborne who have excellent staff retention and a great company culture who are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for customers who would like advice and assistance with the products on offer. You will also be responsible for the administration support for the company.

Duties And Responsibilities


  • Processing administration including new payments, withdrawals, accounts, and bonds
  • Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquires and provide a great level of customer service, making sure customers feel supported and appreciated
  • Producing reports and management information when requested
  • Speaking to new and existing customers, giving them all the details of the available options to them
  • Escalating any customer dissatisfaction to ensure any issues are resolved and the company is delivering excellent service
  • Providing support to the retention officer
  • Working with solicitors and customers to complete and process mortgages


Minimum Requirements


  • Excellent administration skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience within a customer service position


This position of the Customer Service Administrator would suit candidates with excellent attention to detail and someone who has previously worked within a customer service position within an office environment.
