Position outline:

The service advisor is the first and main point of contact for all customers, representing the customer within our service department. Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth progress of vehicle repairs while providing the best customer service experience in the industry.

Duties include:

• Updating customers on their vehicles
• Greeting customers
• Final invoicing and collection of payment
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Write up of work orders and estimates.
• Detailed documentation of customer requests.
• Checking in customer vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
