Typical Workday

• Utilize our DMS to thoroughly document customer requests/approvals to the technician and close out Repair Orders.
• Provide a consistent, outstanding experience for each customer while guiding them through maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the service process in-person, via phone, email, and text messaging.

Minimum Requirements

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.

Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays.
