Who are we?
Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. At the beginning, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted a clientele looking for a comfortable, efficient, and safe flying experience.
After a decade of operations, Chrono Aviation has grown its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs over 280 employees. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec that offers aircraft capable of accommodating 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and reinforce its position as a leader in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.
Role and context
This can be a stepping stone position for anyone aspiring to become a pilot at Chrono Aviation. Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator and the Director, Operations Control Centre, the Crew Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that crew members are available for flights.
Key Responsibilities

• Reorganize shifts in response to schedule disruptions
• Assignment of flight crew members for flights
• Conducting crew calls (if applicable)
• Organize hotels and transport
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Participation in the Safety Management System (SMS)

Key competencies

• Be familiar with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and applicable fatigue management
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Previous experience in aviation, preferably in crew scheduling (asset)
• Ability to cope with stress and a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (French and English) (asset)

Specific Job Requirements

• Bilingual (French (spoken/written) and English (spoken)
• Experience in customer service (asset)
• Attention to detail and quality of results
• Strong oral and written communication skills
