We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated individual to support international projects within our Project Delivery team. The successful candidate will facilitate project coordination and content development for current and new projects. They will create deliverables including detailed presentations (including graphics), videos, and industry articles. They will conduct industry research and write technical reports. The Position

We are recruiting a Construction Analyst to join our team.

• Salary or Hourly: Salary
• Location: Calgary, AB
• Management Role: No
• Work Schedule:Monday - Friday with some evenings and weekends
• Travel Required: Some international travel may be required

Education and Experience

• Or 3+ years of construction industry experience in a technical role
• Education
• Project controls training is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

• Experience
• Experience developing training or presentation content, as well as graphic development
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and interpreting project schedules in Microsoft Project or P6
• Proficient in the use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Technical writing skills are required
• Advanced Work Packaging experience is an asset
• Well-versed in project control best practices (scheduling, cost management)
• Well-versed in construction principles, build sequence, and execution phases

Roles and Responsibilities

• Delivering presentations to project teams
• Developing training content
• Writing industry articles
• Developing industry tools (processes and procedures, toolkits, how-to guides, video content)
• Writing procedures and creating process flow diagrams
• Conducting research
• Facilitating project controls requirements for projects (scheduling, cost reporting)
• Performing data analysis and documenting findings
• Writing technical reports
