Responsibilities

• Work with and communicate to team.

• Document the projects using our daily log system.
• Leading professionalism with project stakeholders/owners. Continued growing customer loyalty through positivity experience.
• Update task lists for both our team and trades.
• Use Site Doc, Buildertrend, and Microsoft apps.
• Continuous improvement of oneself and team.
• Complete required actions from change orders and inspections.
• Compete safety program documents and inspection.
• Improve project timeline and schedule.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of project.
• Research proper construction detailing for projects.
• Daily and weekly planning of projects.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use phone, tablet, or laptop.

Journeyman carpenter.

Experience in both new and renovation construction in mainly residential and commercial construction.
